Roast Rocket is an AI-powered startup idea evaluation tool operated by Sync Motion GmbH ("we", "us", "our"). By using Roast Rocket you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. THE SERVICE

Roast Rocket lets you submit a startup idea and receive AI-generated feedback through a structured 5-planet, 15-question evaluation. At the end you may receive a PDF report summarizing the results.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

All feedback, scores, and verdicts generated by Roast Rocket are produced by an AI language model and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute business, financial, legal, or investment advice. You should not rely solely on Roast Rocket output when making business decisions.

4. USER CONTENT

  • You retain full ownership of the ideas and answers you submit.
  • By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content through our AI pipeline solely to deliver the evaluation.
  • We do not claim ownership of your ideas. We do not publish, sell, or share your submissions with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Questions, scores, feedback, and verdicts are generated by a third-party AI model. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Results may vary between sessions even for identical inputs.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit content that is abusive, hateful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or bot protection.
  • Use automated tools to access the service in bulk without permission.

7. AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

We provide Roast Rocket on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sync Motion GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Roast Rocket, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Roast Rocket name, logo, design, and website content are the property of Sync Motion GmbH. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Graz, Austria.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
